Olive pastes, or tapenades, are a great Italian tradition and are enjoyed throughout the areas where olives are cultivated. Our Olive Paste is a delicious, high quality crème of ripe black olives, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, allowing the intense, earthy flavors of the olives to shine through. It is a perfect spread for flatbread, on toasted bread, pizza or in any number of your favorite recipes. Stir one tablespoon of our Olive Paste per person into freshly cooked pasta and toss with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of grated cheese.
