Extra virgin olive oil ”Vitae” was born from an accurate selection of oil obtained from Olives produced with “Biological Agriculture Methods”. Consequently it results in a healthy natural product with an intense color and a medium fruit taste but also harmonic and soft, and with a light aftertaste of almond. To be used preferably raw in order to keep intact its natural antioxidant properties, including Vitamin E, which combat premature cellular aging, helping to maintain healthy blood vessels.
