Our pestos are made with the best ingredients! The herb based pestos are made with freshly picked herbs and fresh garlic. We only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil as we believe it gives an added dimension to the flavour and, as you would expect, is of the highest quality. Pesto may be tossed with spaghetti, maccheroni, linguine, or the classic Ligurian pastas, trofie or trenette.
