It's a "fresh squeeze of olives", bottled immediately after the pressing. It's an "early release" of 100 % Italian extra virgin olive oil, Early ripen olives are timely hand-picked, cold-pressed within last weeks of October and and immediately bottled to be ready for delivery around the world.

But the "early release" is not the only peculiarity that makes this olive oil to differ from others distributed along the year: unlike the latter it is "richer in antioxidant substances" such as vitamin C and poliphenols.

Indeed are these healthy components that give this olive oil an extra pungent aftertaste and an intense aroma of fresh olive fruit.

It's proprietary "opaque glass bottle" has been devised for optimal and lengthy preservation of distinctive features of PRIMAIOLO.
