Ingredients: Gnocchi | Pesto Genovese | Salt
Great for a side dish to meat or as a replacement to pasta. Usually made as a first-course dish.
-Bring water to a boil and add salt. ~ 8-10 min
-Add a pack (1lb) of Mantova Gnocchi to the boiling water
-Wait for the gnocchi to boil, easy to tell because the gnocchi starts to float in the water. ~ 2-4 min
-Drain/Remove the gnocchi and place them in a serving dish to let cool. ~ 1 min
-Dress them with Mantova Pesto Genovese Sauce also can add some grated parmesan or pecorino cheese, great for flavor.
